By accessing or using Clockwork ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clockwork provides employee scheduling software as a service (SaaS). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit malware, or interfere with the Service's operation.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clockwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
